Radiant Nest: Returns and Refunds Policy

At Radiant Nest, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any issues, our returns and refunds policy is here to assist you.

1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item purchased from Radiant Nest. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

3. To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at [info@radiantnest.com] with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

5. Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [info@radiantnest.com] and we will provide instructions.

7. Shipping

To return your product, please contact our customer support team at [info@radiantnest.com] to obtain the return address and further instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
